 Hot on the heels of their 10", DFAM team up with France's premier neo-grind outfit for a split that will split your skull. DFAM play a harsh, post-grind music that is equal parts screamo and AmRep influenced noise-rock. Don't let that description fool you though, because the end result is definitely more over-the-top than you might expect and places DFAM loosely in the same scene as kingpins like DEP and BURNT BY THE SUN. SUBMERGE are far more direct. While they also take their cue from the DEP-inspired scene, they prefer a more direct and harsh approach that so heavy shipping companies are using this record to counterbalance their trucks when they make shipments of anvils. A phenomenal record.
