Peter Parker
Semiautobiographical (Recurving Records)

By: Alex Steininger

Loud guitars, sweaty, roaring vocals, and plenty of abrasive rhythms to shake you down, Peter Parker's Semiautobiographical is as powerful as they come. From the jagged beats to the fierce melodies, Peter Parker never gives up, cranking out pure adrenaline track after track. This is rock music, but not just any rock music. It can play with the guitar-rock bands, it would go well with punkers, and even the indie kids will like it. It's loud and catchy enough to hit a few audiences. Strong, punchy, with plenty going on, you'll have your doubts at first, but once you give it a chance, you'll never look back. I'll give it a B+.
